Members of the Commission is appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong on the advice of the Prime Minister. The appointment is not more than 7 Commissioners, consisting of a Chairman, a Deputy Chairman and five Commissioners. Membership is for a term not exceeding three years and each member cannot hold the post for more than two consecutive periods in accordance with section 7(1) of Act 700.
On 1 July 2020, Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong XVI Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah has consented on the appointment of 4 (4) Commissioners for the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission (EAIC) for a period of three (3) years as follows:

YBhg. is the Chairman of the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission (EAIC), a position he assumed effective 1 July 2020 upon his appointment by Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
Previously, he was the Chairman of Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), the national oil and gas corporation of Malaysia, a position he assumed in July 2012 up to June 2018.
Prior to joining PETRONAS, Tan Sri Sidek served in the Administrative and Diplomatic Service of the Malaysian Civil Service for over 38 years, the last six as the Chief Secretary to the Government until he turned 61 on 24 June 2012.
Tan Sri Sidek began his career on 15 April 1974 as an Assistant Director at the International Trade Division, Ministry of Trade and Industry. He has extensive working experience within the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) including postings at MITI offices in Tokyo (Japan), Sydney (Australia) and Washington, D.C. (USA). He was appointed as Deputy Secretary-General (Trade) on 19 January 2001 and as the Secretary-General of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry on 24 October 2004.
Tan Sri Sidek served as President of International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) between 2008 and 2013, and as Pro-Chancellor of Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) between 2012 and 2018.
He was the Chairman of KLCC Property Holdings Berhad and KLCC REIT Management Sdn Bhd and the former Chairman of KLCC (Holdings) Sdn Bhd. Tan Sri Sidek was also appointed as the Chairman of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) between 2016 and 2018. He was also a board member of Top Glove Corporation Berhad and Malayan Flour Mills Berhad.
Tan Sri Sidek holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) Degree in Public Administration from University of Malaya and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from New Hampshire College, United States of America. In 2001, he completed the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program (AMP).
He also holds Honorary Doctorate Degree in Public Administration from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR), Honorary Doctorate Degree in Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Honorary Doctorate Degree in Management from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) and Honorary Doctorate Degree in International Business from IIUM.
Tan Sri Sidek was conferred The Distinguished Service Order by the Government of Singapore in June 2012 for his contributions to fostering closer ties and co-operation between the Public Services of Malaysia and Singapore.
In May 2018, the Government of Japan conferred Tan Sri Sidek the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star for his contributions in strengthening the economic relations between Japan and Malaysia.
YBhg. Tan Sri Datuk Zainun Ali graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)(Honours) from the University of Malaya and Masters of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
Ybhg. Tan Sri Datuk Zainun Ali has held various positions in the legal and judicial service throughout her career since 1976. Before her appoinment to the Malaysian Bench, she was appointed as the Registrar of Companies in October 1990 and the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court in November 1994. She was then appointed as the Judicial Commissioner of the High Court of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur in August 1996 and was elevated to the Court of Appeal in July 2007. In 2012, she was elevated as a Federal Court Judge, where she contributed to the Malaysian Jurisprudence in several landmark judgments.
YBhg. Tan Sri Datuk Zainun Ali is also a member of the Advisory Board of the United Nations Global Judiciary Integrity Network. She is among ten members from the judicial fraternity worldwide appointed to the international network based on their active engagements in creating an impact towards judicial integrity.
After retiring from the civil service, she was then appointed as the Chairman of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad on 18 January 2019. She is also a Director of Permodalan Nasional Berhad effective 1 January 2019.
YBhg. Tan Sri Datuk Zainun Ali was appointed by the Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong as a Commissioner of the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission effective 1 July 2020.
YBhg. Dato' John Louis O’Hara is a former student of the Royal Military College Sungei Besi and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) graduate from King’s College University of London (1974) and Barrister-at-Law from Lincoln’s Inn London (1976).
YBhg. Dato John Louis O'Hara has extensive experience in the legal and judicial field throughout his career from 1976. He started his professional career in serving as a Magistrate Kuala Lumpur Court (1976-1977), Deputy Public Prosecutor (state and federal)(1977-1982), Senior Federal Counsel, Advisory and International Division Attorney General's Chambers (1982-1988), Legal Advisor Ministry of Defence (1988-1992) and Senior Judge Sessions Court Kota Bharu (1992-1994).
From thereon, he served as the Legal Advisor to the Ministry Foreign Affairs (1994-1999), Deputy Head, Civil Division Attorney General's Chambers (1999), Chairman of the Industrial Court Kuala Lumpur, (2000-2001), Chairman Advisory Board Prime Minister's Department, (2002-2003), Head, International Affairs Division Attorney General's Chambers (2003-2005), and Judicial Commissioner High Court Penang (2005-2007).
YBhg. Dato’ John O’Hara then continued serving the judiciary as Judge of the High Court Penang (2007-2010) and Judge of the High Court Kuala Lumpur (from 2011 until retirement in 2017).
On 1 July 2020, YBhg Dato’ John Louis O’Hara was appointed by the Duli yang Maha Muli Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong as a Commissioner of the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission effective 1 July 2020.
YBrs. Prof. Dr Nik Ahmad Kamal Nik Mahmod graduated in the Bachelor of Laws of University of Malaya (1986), Master of Laws of King's College, and Doctor of Philosophy Degree, the University of Aberdeen, Scotland (1995).
He began his career at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) as an academic staff in 1986 and appointed as a lecturer in 2005. He has held various positions as academic administrator at IIUM particularly related to student affairs such as the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, Member of the Disciplinary Committee (Students and Staff), Chairman of the Student Affairs Committee, as well as other position, for instance, the Chairman of the Technical Committee on Good Governance (GGTC) (CMI). He was the Dean of Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws and had held the position of Deputy Rector for Student Affairs.
At the national level, Ybrs. Prof Dr Nik Ahmad Kamal Nik Mahmod was the Chairman for Standard Programme in Law and Shariah under the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA). He is also external reviewer for Faculty of Law and Shariah for UniSZA and USIM.
YBrs. Prof. Dr Nik Ahmad Kamal Nik Mahmod was then appointed as the Legal Advisor of IIUM from 2012 until 2016. He was also the Member of the Hospital Management Protem Committee of IIUM, the Strategic Planning Team of IIUM, Member of the Board of Staff Academic Selection Committee of IIUM and Member of the Academic Integrity Committee of IIUM. He is also a Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO).

Beliau merupakan Peguam Cara dan Peguam Bela Mahkamah Tinggi Malaya serta Mahkamah Tinggi Singapura. Pada masa yang sama, beliau juga merupakan ahli Permanent Court of Arbitration, The Hague, Netherlands.
Encik Vinayak pernah dilantik sebagai Ahli Pasukan Petugas Khas Mengenai Projek Pembangunan Zon Bebas Pelabuhan Klang (PKFZ) pada tahun 2009, Pesuruhjaya United Nation Compensation Commission, Geneva, Switzerland dari tahun 1998 hingga tahun 2003, Timbalan Pengerusi International Chamber of Commerce Commission on Arbitration dan Timbalan Presiden Chartered Institute Arbitrators (U.K.) serta Ahli Majlis Penasihat Pusat Timbangtara Serantau Kuala Lumpur dan Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
Beliau memperolehi Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang (LL.B.) daripada University of Singapore pada tahun 1973 dan seorang Penimbangtara Bertauliah dari Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom.
Dato’ Salehuddin merupakan Peguam Cara dan Peguam Bela Mahkamah Tinggi Malaya serta rakan kongsi pengurusan di firma guaman Salehuddin Saidin & Associates semenjak tahun 2007.
Beliau pernah berkhidmat sebagai Timbalan Pendakwa Raya dan mengetuai Unit Kes Terkelas dan Kepentingan Awam serta Unit Jenayah Komersial di Jabatan Peguam Negara. Beliau juga pernah berkhidmat sebagai Penolong Penasihat Undang-Undang di Pejabat Penasihat Undang-Undang Negeri Selangor, Ketua Unit Jenayah Komersial dan Ketua Unit Pendakwaan Negeri Selangor.
Beliau juga merupakan Perunding Kehormat Fakulti Undang-Undang Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam, Ahli Jawatankuasa Majlis Agama Islam Selangor, penasihat undang-undang kepada beberapa NGO serta Ahli Jawatankuasa Yayasan Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah, Selangor.
Datuk Paul Low Seng Kuan dilantik sebagai Timbalan Pengerusi Suruhanjaya Integriti Agensi Penguatkuasaan pada 1 April 2011.
Kini, Datuk Paul Low merupakan Presiden Transparensi Antarabangsa Malaysia (Transparency International) dan Pengarah Urusan / Group Country Manager di Malaysian Sheet Glass Sdn. Bhd. Beliau pernah dilantik sebagai Presiden Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM), Naib Presiden (Independent Non-Executive Director) Sunway Holding Bhd., Ahli Lembaga Kemajuan Perindustrian Malaysia (MIDA), Ahli Lembaga Pengarah Pos Malaysia Bhd. dan Pengerusi GS1 Malaysia.
Beliau juga pernah berkhidmat sebagai Ahli Majlis Tindakan Ekonomi Negara (MTEN), Ahli Majlis Perundingan Ekonomi Negara II (NECC II), Ahli Majlis Pembangunan Perkhidmatan Malaysia. Di samping itu, beliau turut terlibat dalam National Economic Action Council ( NEAC ) dari tahun 1996 hingga 2003, Malaysian Institute of Economic Research (MIER ) dan Comittee on Ethics and Integrity.
Pada 16 Mei 2013 Datuk Paul Low Seng Kuan telah dilantik sebagai Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri. Selaras dengan perlantikan tersebut Yang Di-Pertuan Agong telah memperkenankan permohonan perletakan jawatan oleh Datuk Paul Low Seng Kuan di bawah seksyen 7 (3) Akta 700 sebagai Timbalan Pengerusi Suruhanjaya ini.
