How to file a complaint of misconduct to EAIC?
According to subsection 23(2) of Act 700, all complaints must be filed IN WRITING and sent to EAIC through any of the following channels:

Who can file a complaint of misconduct to EAIC?
According to subsection 23(1) of Act 700, any person is allowed to file or refer complaints of misconduct to EAIC.
