DATO’ SERI DR. RAZALI AB MALIK was born on 6 Januari 1963 in Negeri Sembilan. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) (1986), a Diploma in Public Management, Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) (1997), a Master's Degree in Strategy and Diplomacy UKM (2003) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Political Science) ) UKM (2014).

Dato' Seri Dr. Razali Ab Malik has extensive experience in public service through his appointment as Head of Corporate Unit at INTAN (2005) before joining the Ministry of Industry, Plantation and Commodities as Divisional Secretary (2011 to 2015). He was then appointed as Head of Cluster at INTAN (2015 to 2018) before being appointed as Negeri Sembilan Government Secretary (2018 to 2023).

Throughout the service, Dato' Seri Dr. Razali Ab Malik was awarded the title of Knight of the Mangku Negara (K.M.N.), Seri Setia Negeri Sembilan Yang Amat Cemerlang (S.S.N.S.) and Dato' Paduka Negeri Sembilan (D.P.N.S).

Her appointment as an EAIC Commissioner has been granted by Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong XVI, effective from 1 November 2020 for a period of 3 years.
